From Bali with Love

The Chick Who Eats is in Bali this summer glazing at rice fields, finding shade under the palm trees, eating pineapples and mangos all day and cooling down in the pool – basically living the tropical dream. Oh the beauty of being a ‘digital nomad’. While working I’m here to live barefoot and in shorts, advance my yoga practice and eat my heart out with tropical fruits like coconuts and pineapples 🙂

Tropical Fruit Donuts

That’s what we have around here. Tropical fruit in abundance and no need for baked and processed donuts. Instead: wholesome fresh foods in all colors of the rainbow. Added bonus – star shaped apple pieces 

Watermelon Slushies

Imagine a shaded hammock in the late afternoon. Taking a break from exploring rice paddies and tropical jungles. Walking around barefoot feeling the thick grass and the pebbles under your feet. Putting them up just hanging in the hammock while sipping a coconut water lemon slushy. Bliss.
