How To Make Butternut, Sage & Hazelnut Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of store-bought pie crust
- 2 cups roasted butternut squash, mashed
- 1/4 cup sage leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press into a pie dish, trimming any excess.

In a bowl, combine the mashed butternut squash, sage, and hazelnuts. Spread evenly into the pie crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the squash mixture in the pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
